Description
A heavy antique sterling silver salad serving set by Wood & Hughes with acid etched lobsters in the bowls and Roman centurion heads stamped on the handles. The reverse has additional etching. Monogrammed on the reverse of the handles. Marked on the side of the servers. This motif was in competition with Shiebler’s Etruscan flatware which was popular at the time.
