Description
An American antique sterling silver snuff box by Wood & Hughes of New York. The lid has an acid etched floral design and the reverse has a less ornate etched design. Engraved as shown with an 1888 presentation date. The interior of the box has the original gold washed lining. Excellent crisp condition.
Louis Bergdoll founded City Park Brewery in Philadelphia in 1849. This was also known as Louis B Brewing Company.
