Gorham Squirrel Nut Set

Description
A boxed nut set by the Gorham company circa 1870. There is a large serving spoon measuring 9 1/4″ with five nut picks measuring 4 3/4″. The sterling pieces are in exceptional condition having never been polished. Never monogrammed. Marked with the Gorham logo and sterling.
The set was retailed by Tiffany & Company. The interior of the satin lined box lid has the gold lettering of Tiffany & Company. Gorham manufactured the silver for sale in the Tiffany & Company store.
