Gorham Mixed Metals Copper Tray

An iconic Gorham copper and silver tray with a patinated red surface in exceptionally good condition. The applied sterling bull with Japanese figure is black and unpolished as is the cherry blossom in the lower left corner. The applied branch on the upper left corner is copper and is a different red to the patinated tray. 9" by 8". An exact duplicate is in the Dallas Museum of Art Collection. Date letter P for 1883.
